Exchange and Return Policy
At Papatya Store, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction and complying with the regulations of the Ministry of Commerce in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Accordingly, this Exchange and Return Policy has been established based on the following terms:
1. Right of Return and Exchange
The customer has the right to request a return or exchange of the product within a period not exceeding 7 days from the date of receipt, provided that the product is:
- In its original condition
- Unused and unwashed
- Complete with all accessories and original packaging
- Accompanied by the invoice
2. Cases Not Eligible for Return or Exchange
Return or exchange requests will not be accepted in the following cases:
- The product has been used or damaged
- Tags or packaging have been removed
- Products purchased during offers or sales
3. Shipping Costs
The customer shall bear the shipping costs in cases of return or exchange.
Shipping fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
4. Refund Process
Refunds will be processed within 7 to 30 business days.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.
In the case of cash on delivery, the refund will be processed via bank transfer.
5. Request Procedure
Exchange or return requests can be submitted through:
- The customer’s account on the store
- Or by contacting customer service
6. General Terms
Papatya Store reserves the right to reject any request that does not meet the stated conditions.
